Basically what the GH FB Page is about is posting updates when I have updated the blog, and also hosts the entire collection of Thoughtful Thursday posts in a album for your downloading pleasure (saves scrolling through the blog).
Also a lot of extra post's from me will appear on the FB page. Like music videos, interesting links, quotes etc. For example today I added a couple of extra motivators exclusively just for the face book kiddies.
